How a corporate gifting order runs commercially: approval, payment, quality checks, delivery and damages. These are our standard terms; the terms of your order are those in its quotation and purchase order.
Quotation
Gifting is quoted per brief rather than from a price list, because cost depends on quantity, the level of customization and the product itself. Quotations are returned within two working days of a complete brief and are valid for the period stated on them. Product availability and pricing can move between quotation and order.
Approval before production
Nothing goes into bulk production until a sample is approved. Sample approval is the point at which branding placement, colour and packaging are confirmed. Changes requested after approval may affect both cost and delivery date.
Payment
50% against purchase order, with the balance payable before dispatch. Credit terms are available for repeat accounts by prior arrangement.
Timelines
A typical programme takes about fourteen days from an approved brief to dispatch. Festive season briefs should reach us roughly four weeks ahead, because production and branding capacity across the market are loaded at the same time. Timelines run from approval, not from first enquiry.
Quality checks
Batch quality checks are carried out on branding and packing, and items are photographed before sealing. Storage, branding, packing and dispatch are handled in-house at our own warehouse.
Delivery
Orders can be delivered in bulk to a single address, or split to individual recipient addresses with an AWB tracking list. Where delivery is split, a complete and accurate address list is required from you, and delays in providing it will move the delivery date.
Damages in transit
Items damaged in transit are replaced free of charge, provided the damage is reported within seven days of delivery. Please keep the packaging and share photographs, as these are usually needed to process a claim with the carrier.
Cancellation
Because gifts are customized to your brand, an order cannot generally be cancelled once production has begun following sample approval. If you need to change or cancel, contact us as early as possible and we will tell you honestly what stage the order has reached and what is still possible.
